William E. Stewart Jr. MAI, is the sole proprietor of Stewart & Company. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. A Florida native, Bill has pursued his career in the appraisal field since graduating from the University of Florida in 1972. He has lived in the Fort Myers area since 1975 and has appraised properties over the entire Southwest Florida Area.

Bill handles all types of valuation assignments and meets all the current standards of membership in the Appraisal Institute and the licensing requirements of the State of Florida.
